    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am transferring a number from another provider to Public Mobile but when I put the number in, it says put a valid Canadian number while it's a valid Canadian number from Halifax. I tried 30 times even on different phones through the app but it's not getting through with the same notification. Please help and guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It says that if the number isn't active or if Public can't port numbers from that city, but Public Mobile can port Halifax numbers. It can also say that if it's a Koodo prepaid number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
