    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the welcome to roaming message when i linked to t-mobile but sadly when texted a test message got the same, "Your plan does not include..." message.&amp;nbsp; I am getting all updates on email and can access all my apps.&amp;nbsp; Weird.&amp;nbsp; I have purchased this plan a number of times and never any trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks everyone for your tips.&amp;nbsp; if any other ideas I would be happy to try...going to restart the phone again and see what happens &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There BKNS&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also purchased my US roaming yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I confirmed the roaming setting noted above and noted my network operator is set to AT&amp;amp;T.&amp;nbsp; I cannot sent texts.&amp;nbsp; Also I have a business meeting by phone with folks in Ontario and concerned about an over charge.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts or things to try next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;barbara&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/365988"&gt;@WOOL222&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if data working, text will work, too.&amp;nbsp; Really no reason it does ont&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can try to change to T-Mobile and test both data and text&lt;/P&gt;</description>
