      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There, I purchased the US Data Add-on yesterday and it doest seem to be working - while im currently in the US. I've tried to trouble shoot it using the instructions but it still doesnt work. Also I tried submitting a ticket through your site and it also doesnt work. This is really limiting my ability to function in the US. I need support with thiis ASAP. What are next steps?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/380398"&gt;@TMG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it data not working or voice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and do you see it connected to T-Mobile or AT&amp;amp;T?&amp;nbsp; try to connect both of them and see which one works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you have roaming data enabled on your phone.&amp;nbsp; Also, try connect to 4G or LTE and not 5G&lt;/P&gt;</description>
