      <title>Asking for PUK</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the eSIM is not working. I tried to download it with the email and it says it’s not valid. It worked yesterday. And now it’s asking me for PUK. I can’t access any text or calls. Help pls!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
