It should be automatic. Mine let's me know on my iPhone XR all the time.

@Trish-R I presume you mean voice messages sent to your mobile phone number, and not messages sent through the Community forum. If so, your device can deliver various notifications, which can be adjusted, through the Notification area within your Settings, or through the Phone app notifications menus.

Depending on device, scroll through these areas, and use search features, to locate and adjust them as required.

I have gone into my settings. And public mobile dosent even come up to adjust
