      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I get any help here? I ordered a new sim card online and was sent a koodo sim card instead of a public mobile sim. I opened a support ticket and so far have not received any reply at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
