      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently was trying to add additional data to my account but even after buying it wasn't working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just logged in to investigate and it's showing a different add on in place of the data I was trying to purchase? I don't understand. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They'll likely credit your account and add the correct add-on.
