    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I was charged for opening the account&lt;BR /&gt;I was going to transfer at landline to public mobile and incorrectly keyed in my phone number so I could not get the code so it keeps sending the code to the wrong phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can port the number to your new account once the new account is up and running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
