I ordered a public mobile sim but you sent me a Koodo sim. I can't activate it. I change my mind in switching to public mobile because of all the complaints from your existing users. I just want a refund from the sim I paid and the 1 month subscription.

New sim is taking so long compared to the first wrong one. The first only took 3 business days. The new one is taking more than 10 business days.

Oh no,

The turn around time says 2 business days. I have seen however where others have reported 2-3 weeks wait time.

I hope it will be there on mid next week 🤞

The 2 business days only refers to the amount of time before the SIM card is shipped.
