Forbidden A1 message when trying to log in

Is anyone else having login issues on the Website?

When I try to log in (both using regular browser and incognito) I get the a blank screen with the message 'Forbidden A1'. Thinking it might be a laptop issue, I also tried on my tablet, to the same effect.

I don’t think the Account got closed because I signed in two days ago and I ensured I have enough for renewal scheduled for Feb 15th, so I don’t think there is any way it would have closed due to insufficient funds or anything.

Please let me know if you are also experiencing this login issue. Thank you!

I am having the same issue and I am definitely subscribed. I was trying to add an add-on, but am unable to do so.

yes, i totally got that! I almost thought, uh-oh!

But, as per @computergeek541 had mentioned in one of the other posts he mentioned:

The forbidden error message gets shown regularly, especially at night. Please try again at a later time. If you need to make a payment sooner, that can be done through 611.
