Hello, I've got a problem with our 3 Sim cards.... They all don't work in a phone that has been working and other carrier Sim cards work... Any ideas?

I'm assuming that you're gone through the activation process? Accounts can only be opened properly using the Public Mobile app. Also, check if your devices are unlocked.

We have been using the phone for 3 weeks and it just stopped working this morning. Our 3 public Mobile Sim cards work in other phones but not the one that stopped this morning.

I went to a friend and his Fido Sim card worked. I'm confused...

is you recently buy this phone 2nd hand from somebody ? Could be reported stolen or blacklisted...maybe ?

I did, just weird how Fido works but all 3 public Mobile sims don't, but work fine on other phones.
