Sponsorship code not working

I was sponsored by one of my friend here. I have the code and thought I entered it but it didn't work and he or I got no benefit from it apparently.

How does one put it back in there to make it clear I was sponsored?

Hi @Sebroy if you entered it correctly, they will add the funds in your My Account within 72 hours and the money will be used in next renewal. If you want to check with support agent, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

It's been a few weeks, I probably didn't enter it correctly. I've submitted a tickets, thank you for that, my previous attempt to do that didn't work
