      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't activate my son phone....After paying for the plan on my credit card, I was told to go back to the app to finish the activation. But every time I tried, we ended up back to square 1...I'm fed up it's been 15 days now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/379118"&gt;@Kushnation1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, this has been problematic for some.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try uninstalling the Public Mobile app altogether, then reinstalling it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try logging in again with the credentials and see if that might work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, ask customer support to rectify this for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
