      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/379101"&gt;@Shirinbjn&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;try your PM sim card in another phone, and try using another active sim card in this phone.&amp;nbsp; This can confirm if it is an device issue or sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter 1 for English and then your phone numbers it will confirm if your account is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know what you got from all these steps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
