      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I got a new esim card, and&amp;nbsp; ported a number from a Virgin Mobile account.&amp;nbsp; Everything works on my end but the previous owners of the number are still being charged - Virgin Mobile is saying PM needs to call them to finalize the port!!???&amp;nbsp; Anyone else have this problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to contact a CS_Agent to investigate or restart the porting process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
