change plan after paying BUT before activating

Good day all,

I signed up for the $15 plan, received the SIM card, but before completing activation, changed my mind and would like to get the $24 4 Gb plan. Since i have not activated yet, how can i do this?

you might still be able to change your mind., but you need CS agent to help to change. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
