If you HAD service before and account was suspended and then deactivated - you CANNOT reuse old SIM. You have to buy a new one.

ONLY if service was suspended less than 90 days only then you can use the same SIM.

Hi. I don't think you can re-activate an old SIM. You may need a new one. Order one on Amazon ($5) for faster shipping.

HI @Mahek

sorry, it is not a policy set by PM but it is a policy set by all carrier

Any sim card activated before with an account cannot be used for another activation

you are trying to activate new account, right? You will need a new sim card.

However, if you account just suspended for less than 90 days, then the account can still be unsuspended with the same sim card, you just need to login My Account and pay. When was this account suspended?

Because SIM cannot be reused. Same as you cannot have the same bank/utility/whatever account once you close it.
