      <title>Logging into my account shows no active subscriptions even though I have recent last payments?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to log into my Public Account today to add an add-on, but everyone I login, it doesn't show any subscriptions. It keeps trying to get me to activate a new subscription but I've been a member for years now. Very confused, not sure how to contact customer service either. Please advise, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have set up Eversafe within the last few months. When i log in, it tells me to reactivate and when I hit that button, I get the second screen with no options in the menu either to get to my account.
