Quebec only 29$-20gig plan question

Hello there...

hoping to get someone from Telus-Koodo-Public to answer this question.

Shopping for plans now and trying to figure which of the 29$-20g plans offered by all providers is the best for me. So what could make a difference here is that in the "offer details" section, I see this:

⁺This plan is for Quebec residents only and intended for use in Quebec.

⁺⁺Whether in Canada or the US, this plan includes unlimited calling, text, picture and video and messaging to phone numbers within and between Canada and the US. Data can be used in both Canada and the US.

Does this mean that the plan can be used anywhere-anytime in the US as well as Canada? (like the US add-on would do). This could make the difference for me.

@Sapstar66 I think you are looking at the "offer details" which do not apply to every plan. When you look at the plans page where all are displayed, you have to match up the numbers or symbols that are in the offer details with the numbers or symbols on the plans. So the Quebec residents only would show a + sign on the plan, and a Canada/US plan would have a ** sign somewhere in the box. The only Canada/US plan right now is $55 for 30 days or $150 for 90 days, you can see the ** after the Canada and US minutes paragraph. I know it can be a confusing way of covering different items in different plans but it's fairly standard for cell phone providers, banks etc. to lump all the items together in the fine print which need to be matched up to the numbers/symbols beside the plan.
