      <title>SIM card - invalid and SOS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I have purchased two new SIM cards. However when trying to activate them, one is being reported as invalid. The other has taken the phone to SOS and we cannot receive the OTP which is sent to it. These for new lines.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Correct. They are for two new lines. The first registered under xxxxxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxx) got stock at the last stage when the phone came up in SOS and we cannot receive the OTP. We used the app for this line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the second card, registered under my email, xxxxxxxxxxxxx when registering the SIM, using the website, it's reporting the SIM to be invalid. I use the app to make the account as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
