    <description>&lt;P&gt;My new phone number has only been connected to my home WIFI. &amp;nbsp;Last night, I was finally able to activate my SIM on my new-to-me-phone, and activate my phone number. &amp;nbsp;Why is it showing that there's already 6MB of data usage on my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/378254"&gt;@Judy111&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is a common thing that customers see and has been reported in the past.&amp;nbsp; No need to worry, there will not be a constant leakage of data that you did not use.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes the phone need some background data usage.&amp;nbsp; Also, the way Public mobile report data is sometimes delayed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
