    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently subscribed to a data plan and it's been working, however I can't login into the public mobile app as it keeps sending me back to the login page after the 2fa. When i login online, it shows me "Forbidden A1".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying clearing cookies, try using Incognito, try using the Public Mobile app and try using a different device. Wait about an 30 minutes to an hour and try again between attempts on same device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wait a bit before trying again. If you haven’t done so try the steps in my previous message. Sometimes it will keep giving your error messages. Try a different browser if you don’t have access to another device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My data works. I can make outgoing calls too but I can't recieve calls or texts. I can't login to my account either and I've tried to submit a ticket but failed as I can't login.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
