I’ll send you the porting team number private message they can give status update on the port request or retrigger it if needed . But first if you do t have old providers SIM card to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . You will first need to contact your old provider and ask them to verbally approve the port request&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
