Cannot Change Plan to Limited Promotion

I cannot upgrade my plan to the currently offered $34/mo for 50GB 5G, the plan doesn't appear in the change list, meanwhile the plans fine print does not specify new subscribers only so it should be available.

@SoaringChris the $34 50GB is a 90 days option for the plan that is supposed to be $40. To get the $34, at the plan change page, pick $40 50GB first, once you chosen that, it will give you the option to have the 30 days ($40) 9r 90 days ($34)

The plan you are speaking of if the $40/month which you save $6/month when you subscribe to the 90 day plan. When you subscribe to the plan you should see an option to toggle the 90 day option.

The $40 isn't available for me either, I only see $50 for 60GB

Try using Incognito mode and try the app. if that really not showing upz open ticket with PM support and they can help to schedule the change for you
