    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a voucher to make a payment on MY ACCOUNT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account payment section does not provide any means for a voucher payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called *611&amp;nbsp; twelve times. There is no provision at all to make a payment by way of voucher or credit card.&amp;nbsp; It keeps repeating itself. and defaulting back to "Please press 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account is now suspended.&amp;nbsp; I have now no phone to use&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Melvs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
