im trying to order a sim and plan, when I get to the part where I enter my mailing address it says I don't exist... and won't let me proceed.

Hey @Baphomet81

First, don't order a SIM card directly from Public Mobile. It will take 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail. Call your local Telus stores and see if they have one in stock. $10 there. Or Amazon for $4.99. You can use any address you want. If it's not showing up it's probably a newer area that isn't registered yet with them.

You can order a Public Mobile SIM card from Amazon for less. Install the PM app on your phone, and sign up with it. I am not sure why it does not like your address.

Ideally, choose the Public mobile as the vendor with shipping direct from Amazon. With prime shipping.

HI @Chalupa_Batman who said it will take 3-4 weeks for sure? I got mine in 4 days
