Multiple payments

Hello. I have been paying for four (4) subscriptions: my own, my wife's, my daughter's, and my sister-in-law's.

I would like to only be paying for the former two (2). How do I arrange to get out of the latter two?

You have to reach out to a CS Agent to remove the credit cards from their accounts. Because these are not your accounts, yes, even if you pay for them, you may need the others to create their own accounts and create their own tickets. I tried helping a neighbor I just set up with PM and they forced me to log into their forum account and ask for help.

If you have access to the later accounts, you can change the credit card to another one (ie. your daughter or sister in law own cards). Then give them access to their own accounts to take care. Change email address, password, etc.
