      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new sim card online with this email:&amp;nbsp; ***@**..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The date of the purchase is 02 Jan 2024, and I still have not received my sim card. I have paid for the plan, but now it has been a month since the purchase, and I have not received the sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
