Please remember that Public Mobile does not provide customer service over the phone. Your account PIN can be reset/changed from within your Public Mobile Self Serve acount.

Hi 🙂

Log-in to your account on the PM app, press the + button, choose Profile, then you can Edit your PIN. Make a new one.
