      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone or set it to airplane mode then back to search. Typically, that's worked for me when I went down south.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18527"&gt;@Tocibs&lt;/a&gt;, did you check whether roaming data is turned on?&amp;nbsp; It should be in the data setting menu.&amp;nbsp; Also, please check that you did complete the add-on purchase.&amp;nbsp; It's a two step process. Sometimes customers neglect to complete step 1 and end up with funds in the account to but the adfoad but did not do step 2 which applies funds to making the purchase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
