@Jeremy_M Obiously we don't want to tag mods multiple times, but times when 2 users are posting at the same time and when editing already tagged post, multiple tag occurs. Is there any solution for that?

Thanks PM for adding this information! I know I've been pushing for it, so it's great that we can now refer new (and existing) community users to this KB thread.

With now knowing the moderator's official hours, we can tell a user with an issue exactly when help will be on the way (if it's the next morning, etc).
