Redeemed rewards still pending

I wanted to redeem rewards for US add on and they never activated and are still showing as pending. I ended up having to purchase the add on. What happens with the rewards that are still in pending?

@Rkmdh I am not sure if it is a browser cache problem and you were shown the cached info. Did you try logging into My Account using Incognito mode? But since you bought the US roaming already, best to have PM support to reverse the rewards redemption. Please message them here
