      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing will go as fast as you want and expect.&lt;BR /&gt;First&amp;nbsp; you have to get in touch with agent with might take hours. Then they have to understand and approve your request for refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Credit card does not get NSF and that is the only way to pay (beside voucher).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I really doubt PM will refund you if you get charged NSF from your bank...&lt;BR /&gt;You better deposit some $$ yourself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/376952"&gt;@jessev_69&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Overcharge will remain in your account as credit to pay for your next month’s bill so no monies are lost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next renewal date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, NFC charges are for cheques and PM doesn’t accept cheques as payment. Only CC or debit card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
