so if my subscription ends on Jan 31 , does that mean I can still use the service until 1159pm Jan 31? Or 5pm? Or 1201am as soon as Jan 31 hits , it shuts off my service without a card payment? I see nowhere that gives clarity on this

the cycle date shows on My Account is confusing

if you last payment date was Jan 1 and the cycle on My Account shows Jan 1 - Jan 31, then service will stop right at Jan 31st 00:00 , ie last date with full service would be Jan 30th
