If you accidentally purchased an add on, you can reach a CS Agent with this link

can you let us know how you ended up wanting a refund for an add-on you bought. Did you get wrong add-on or just not know what you were buying. PM usually doesn't do refunds...possibly credit your account. It would be interesting to know the full story though.
