      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already bought the sim card. But when I activate it, the Visa credit card payment failed since yesterday. I tried to use incognito or other browser, but still failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help how I can contact customer services as the chatbot wasn't helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
