    <description>&lt;P&gt;We're just other customers like you on this forum&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/336924"&gt;@StevieC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you explain why you believe you've been double billed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could it just be that you are seeing a pending and authorized charge on your credit card transactions and the pending charge will 'fall off'?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or did you perform a plan change mid-cycle, in which case you'd be charged again for another cycle, something which is entirely plausible for folks doing immediate plan changes vs changing on the next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
