      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/376346"&gt;@Ade12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to reseat the sim card. Power off, take sim out and wipe it&amp;nbsp; clean , them put it back and power up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try Reset All Networks as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when it happens, check if voice calls work.&amp;nbsp; You might want to also manually set the network mode to 4G and 5G and test both networks (instead of leaving it on Automatic)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And try to change the network to manual and select Public Mobile from the list&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
