what is your US roaming issue? You cannot buy ? or you cannot use it?

if you cannot use it, was it voice or data?

remember to turn on roaming data on your phone

try connect to both T-Mobile and AT&T, at least one of them should work

if you have voice trouble, connect to T-mobile and also change the network mode to 2G and voice should work

If you're having issues with US roaming, this may be a very easy fix. What you want to do is go into your network settings and choose T-Mobile as the service then reboot the phone. Once it reboots, you'll be on the T-Mobile network and you should have all the features you paid for with whichever addon on you purchased.
