      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my data plan and I have not been able to use my mobile data since then. I have tried generating a ticket several times to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the way forward please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Contact customer support but in the meantime try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check your data limiter in your settings hasn't been reached and needs to be reset.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reboot phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Toggle airplane mode on /off.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power off. Remove Sim card. If possible test in another phone. If not wait 10 full minutes. Reinsert Sim card and power on.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reset your network settings.
