Hello. About 3 weeks ago an agent (Angel) offered me a $25/5GB plan that I could subscribe to instead of my current one. If this plan offers 4G, I would be interested in moving to it. Please advise. Thank you.

You will have to ask that agent.

But this is the first time I hear that agent offers any kind of plan upgrades. ??? particularly if plan is not on a list of promo or regular plans.

You should ask CSA, but I have a feeling that it would be 3G speeds. There is a promo plan available right now for new customers only $24 for 4GB LTE data. Some existing customers have been able to get this plan via CSA. YMMV. No guarantees.

Unlikely. There has been a targeted text offer for a $25/5GB 3G plan and a new activations only $24/4GB 4G plan. Some existing customers have successfully been switched to these plans by contacting customer support. Take a screenshot of your private messages with the agent's offer and send a private message to customer support requesting the plan.
