      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify what you mean by inactive? Did you previously have an account with Public Mobile and you closed it and are wanting to reopen a new account using the same SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I previously had an account with a sim card A but I stopped my account for 3 months. Now I get my phone number back with an esim. I want to use my&amp;nbsp; sim card A. It shows an invalid sim card when I change from esim to the sim card A.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is is possible to activate sim card A again?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your account was closed more that 90 days, Sim cards can be used only once and you would have to purchase a new SIM.&amp;nbsp; If you had suspended the account for less than 90 days, it should still be valid and once you sign onto the account their is a section under My profile to change the number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's not working and it's less than 90 days, contact support at the link below to inquire if possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
