It will take up to 3-4 weeks to get it from Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/375834"&gt;@Nmg2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the SIMon Chatbot has been 'broken' for about a year now and PM requires users to use private messaging to contact support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But give us a shot here - we might very well have a workaround for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
