      <title>Transferred SIM to new iPhone and not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just transferred our SIM card from one iPhone to another (unlocked) and it’s not working. It’s says “iPhone is not activated. If this continues to call the carrier”. Can anyone please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on IOS 15 and if you go into Settings, About section, scroll down to Carrier Lock, should say "No Sim restrictions", that means the phone is not locked.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or it could be an issue with the wifi connection. If those aren't the issues, it looks like you have to try restarting your phone. And, if that doesn't work you'll have to do a hard reset connected to the computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
