Hello, I bought eSIM and while installing, it fails to install. In process it deactivated my physical SIM. Tried to reinstall the eSIM thru my account on desktop and scanning the QR code and that is also fails. While purchasing the eSIM, it did check the eSIM compatibility and it was ok. Any chance to reactivate the physical SIM back till I can resolve the eSIM issue?

Currently I am without the mobile service.

Thanks
