I was charged twice in the month of December. What to do?

hi @JimD1 i hope they were not Dec 1 and 31st, if they were, then the charges were correct as PM is on 30 days cycle , some months will charge like that

but if they charged around same day, please chexk with CS agent, submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Hi @JimD1

Before you reach out to a CS Agent, please contact your credit card company or bank to confirm they are actual double charges and not just pending charges. Those are often mistaken.
