I cannot edit the APN on my Asus Zenfone 3 (Android) because the menu is locked (by Public Mobile?) so I cannot make the changes your recent email require.

Please advise.

Hey. I read this on Reddit.

Try this:

Dial ##data# in the phone app.
Tap APN Settings
Tap 3 dots > Reset to default
Reboot

Someone else mentioned about toggling it into airplane mode, waiting a minute, untoggle then reboot. Then it appeared.

If that doesn't work, try reaching out to a CS Agent for ideas.

can you Add a new APN profile? Usually is a + on the top right

and another common trick people uses is to use a Freedom sim card and that can open the APN add/edit feature. Try to borrow a Freedom sim from friend
