      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm, I checked my Welcome email and it told me to scan the qr code below. There was no qr code anywhere in the email. I don’t see the esim install option anywhere. I can’t open a ticket without getting an error message. What would you advise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
