      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just reset my phone after apple locked me out of it. Texts are working but phone and internet not for some reason. I clicked on keep ESIM so not sure what's the problem. Admin please reach out to me and send QR code&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/374719"&gt;@troubleshooter2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you had the esim before, and it si gone because you reset your phone, then you will need to buy a new esim for $5 (that is the problem with esim, you cannot re-instal for free)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;download Public Mobile app, go to Subscription &amp;amp; Add-ons page, scroll to the bottom and click Shop sim card and then follow the step to buy eSIM and install&lt;/P&gt;</description>
