Hello, I lost my call waiting. Can you help

@hvac : Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by lost your call waiting. Is it that you cannot put calls on hold anymore?

maybe a device settings.

are you on iPhone or Android?

iPhone : Press Settings. Press Phone. Press Call Waiting. Press the indicator next to "Call Waiting" to turn the function on or off.

Android: Phone app, Tap the More options icon (three dots), Settings, Scroll down to Supplementary Services, then Tap Call waiting to enable.

Problem was with their end. They did s reboot snd now my call waiting is working
